EZDANBEAUTY uses own fleet along with J&T for its delivery services across Saudi Arabia. We offer free shipping to our customers in Saudi Arabia for all orders greater than 350 SAR. Orders less than this amount will be subject to a 25 SAR surcharge. Our delivery person will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience.  

Most EZDAN BEAUTY customers receive their orders in 3-5 working days. Please take in mind, that these are average delivery durations. It is important that you respond to phone calls from EZDANBEAUTY delivery person or J&T for address verification and arranging delivery, in order to deliver your shipment in due course. 

EZDAN BEAUTY Company offers delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will be delivered by J&T courier services.  

Returns 

Return returns are very easy, with no additional costs for you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of something wrong with the product according to the return policies on the website, please contact Ezdan Beauty customer service at [email protected] or text us on 0557050088 within7 days of receiving your order.

You will receive a sticker attachment from [email protected] with the return invoice number, please drop all return items to the nearest JNT  office with the return invoice number.

Refunds 

Kindly note that we also provide the refund only if the product is not opened, not used, damaged, received a different product.
