We work hard to make your shopping experience at Ezdan Beauty enjoyable, where we take care of your joy, fulfilling all your desires, and making sure you’re comfortable. Because our customers are our priority, following the Ministry of Commerce’s approved procedures, the return and refund policies highlight the following:

Return and Refund conditions.

The customer has the right to return the product and restore its amount of value or exchange it in these cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the product it ordered.
  • The product has a defect because of shipping.
  • The product has expired.
  • The product must have damage, defect, or breakage in the package.
  • Replaces if the product is missing or different from what was ordered.
  • We do not accept replacement of products that have scratches or have been damaged due to misuse.

Return and Refund Guidelines

  • Some products are not suitable for sensitive skin because they contain aromatic odors, and we ask our dear customers to make sure of this before purchasing.
  • Upon exchange or return, the package must be in its original condition without opening or using.
  • The customer is not entitled to claim the amount of value after the product has been shipped and has not been received by the shipping company.
  • Allowed duration to report an error or malfunction in the product:

 1- If there is a defect in the method of shipping or delivery, return and refund within 3 days by sending a picture of the product and clarifying the damage to the damaged product.

2- If there is a defect in the product or industry, return and refund it within 7 days by sending a picture of the defect product and clarifying to the defect product.

  • The refund /return process for the damaged product takes 5-7 working days
  • Refund will be made depending on the payment method:

Ezdan Beauty bears the shipping amount of value in cases of previous refund or return.

  • If it is by credit card, the amount will be refunded in the wallet or in the bank account.
  • 2- If it is by cash on delivery, the refund will be available in the wallet, or in the bank account once the consumer gives us the details of their bank account.
  • Returned an item in good condition.

Cosmetics and care products are not allowed to be returned or refunded unless there is a problem with the product, damage or arrives by mistake.
